01 Purpose
This Billing & Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions, billing, payments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and account status are managed for Before the Call (“B4C”).
This Policy supplements the Terms of Service and should be read together with any applicable Order Form, Subscription Agreement, Quote, or Invoice.
If there is a conflict between this Policy and a separately executed written agreement, the written agreement will control.
02 Subscription Model
Before the Call is offered through subscription-based plans.
Available plans, pricing, included features, user limits, and optional add-ons are described on our pricing page, quotation, or other purchasing documentation available at the time of purchase.
Subscription offerings may change over time.
Existing Customers will be notified of material pricing or plan changes as described in this Policy or their applicable agreement.
03 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions may be offered on:
- Monthly billing
- Annual billing
- Multi-year agreements (when applicable)
Billing begins on the date a subscription becomes active unless otherwise specified in writing.
Renewal dates are based on the original subscription start date unless otherwise agreed.
04 Payment Methods
Customers agree to provide a valid payment method for paid subscriptions.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit or debit cards
- ACH payments
- Electronic invoices
- Other payment methods approved by Big Bull Technologies
Customers are responsible for maintaining current billing information.
05 Invoices
For Customers billed by invoice:
- Payment terms will be stated on the invoice.
- Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due according to the payment terms shown.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring payments are submitted by the due date.
Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension of Services as described below.
06 Automatic Renewals
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
Customers may disable automatic renewal by providing notice before the renewal date in accordance with their subscription terms.
Renewed subscriptions will be billed using the payment method on file unless another payment arrangement has been approved.
07 Upgrades
Customers may upgrade their subscription at any time, subject to available plans.
When practical:
- Additional features become available shortly after the upgrade.
- Charges may be prorated based on the remaining subscription period.
- Billing adjustments will be reflected on the next invoice or processed immediately, depending on the billing method.
08 Downgrades
Customers may request to downgrade their subscription.
Downgrades generally take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
Downgrading a subscription may result in:
- Reduced feature access
- Lower storage limits
- Reduced user capacity
- Removal of premium functionality
Customers are responsible for ensuring their data and usage remain compatible with the selected plan.
09 Free Trials
From time to time, Big Bull Technologies may offer free trials or promotional access.
Trial availability, duration, and included features are determined at our discretion.
Unless otherwise stated, trial periods do not create an obligation to purchase a subscription.
Certain features available during a trial may not remain available after the trial ends.
10 Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, we may:
- Retry the payment.
- Notify the Customer.
- Request updated payment information.
- Temporarily restrict access to paid features.
- Suspend Services if payment issues remain unresolved.
Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances.
11 Suspension for Non-Payment
If required payments remain outstanding after reasonable notice, Big Bull Technologies may suspend access to paid Services until the account is brought current.
Whenever practical, reasonable notice will be provided before suspension.
Administrative records may remain retained during the suspension period in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
12 Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription in accordance with their subscription agreement or billing terms.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may continue using paid Services until the end of the applicable subscription period unless access is otherwise suspended or terminated.
13 Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Requests for refunds will be evaluated in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.
14 Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, published prices do not include applicable taxes.
Customers are responsible for paying applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes associated with their purchase unless a valid exemption applies.
Customers claiming tax-exempt status may be required to provide appropriate documentation.
15 Pricing Changes
Big Bull Technologies may update subscription pricing from time to time.
Price changes will not apply retroactively.
Existing Customers will receive reasonable notice before pricing changes become effective for future billing periods, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
16 Account Closure
Following cancellation or termination:
- Access to paid features may end.
- Customer Data will be retained according to the Data Retention Policy.
- Customers may request available data exports before permanent deletion, subject to applicable agreements and technical limitations.
17 Collection of Outstanding Balances
Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances owed under their subscription.
Big Bull Technologies reserves the right to pursue lawful collection of unpaid amounts, including the use of collection agencies or legal remedies where appropriate.
Reasonable collection costs and fees may be recoverable where permitted by law or contract.
18 Changes to This Policy
Big Bull Technologies may update this Policy periodically.
Material changes will become effective on the published Effective Date after reasonable notice has been provided through the Services, our website, email, or another appropriate communication method.
Continued use of the Services following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
