01 Purpose

Big Bull Technologies, LLC (“Big Bull Technologies,” “BBT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining the availability of Before the Call (“B4C”) through reasonable planning, operational resilience, and business continuity practices.

This Business Continuity Policy describes our approach to preparing for and responding to events that could disrupt normal business operations.

The objective of business continuity is to reduce the impact of unexpected disruptions while supporting the continued delivery of our Services.

02 Our Philosophy

Business continuity is an ongoing operational responsibility.

Rather than relying on a single system or process, Before the Call is designed with resilience in mind through operational planning, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, backups, and documented response procedures.

No continuity plan can eliminate every disruption, but thoughtful preparation helps minimize risk and improve recovery.

03 Scope

Business continuity planning supports the continued operation of critical business functions, including:

  • Platform operations
  • Customer support
  • Authentication services
  • Administrative workflows
  • Security operations
  • Product development
  • Customer communications
  • Internal business operations

The scope of this policy will evolve as the platform and organization grow.

04 Potential Disruptions

Business continuity planning considers a variety of potential events, including:

  • Infrastructure failures
  • Internet service interruptions
  • Cloud service disruptions
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Software defects
  • Hardware failures
  • Utility outages
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Public health events
  • Key personnel unavailability
  • Other unforeseen operational events

Each event presents unique challenges and may require different response strategies.

05 Operational Response

When a significant disruption occurs, Big Bull Technologies seeks to:

  • Assess the scope of the event
  • Protect Customer Data
  • Preserve platform integrity
  • Restore critical services
  • Communicate with affected Customers when appropriate
  • Document lessons learned
  • Improve future preparedness

Response priorities may vary depending on the nature of the disruption.

06 Data Protection

Business continuity planning includes measures intended to help protect Customer Data through:

  • Secure cloud infrastructure
  • Backup procedures
  • Access controls
  • Security monitoring
  • Administrative safeguards
  • Disaster recovery planning

Additional information is available in:

07 Third-Party Services

Before the Call relies on trusted third-party infrastructure and technology providers to deliver portions of the platform.

Business continuity planning considers the availability and resilience of these providers; however, events affecting third-party services may also affect platform availability.

Big Bull Technologies continually evaluates providers and contingency planning as part of our operational processes.

08 Customer Communication

When practical, Big Bull Technologies will provide updates regarding significant service disruptions through one or more of the following channels:

  • Platform notifications
  • Email
  • Website announcements
  • Status pages (when available)
  • Other appropriate communication methods

The timing and frequency of communications will depend on the nature and duration of the event.

09 Customer Responsibilities

Business continuity is a shared responsibility. Customers are encouraged to:

  • Maintain current contact information
  • Export important administrative records when appropriate
  • Train Department Administrators on platform usage
  • Maintain their own organizational continuity procedures
  • Report suspected service issues promptly

Departments should maintain contingency plans for critical organizational operations that extend beyond the Before the Call platform.

10 Testing and Review

Big Bull Technologies periodically reviews business continuity procedures to identify opportunities for improvement. Reviews may include:

  • Operational assessments
  • Infrastructure evaluations
  • Incident reviews
  • Process improvements
  • Lessons learned from real-world events
  • Updates resulting from platform growth

Business continuity planning is an ongoing process rather than a one-time activity.

11 Continuous Improvement

As Before the Call evolves, our business continuity program will continue to mature. Areas of ongoing focus include:

  • Operational resilience
  • Infrastructure reliability
  • Customer communication
  • Security preparedness
  • Recovery procedures
  • Risk management
  • Organizational readiness

Continuous improvement helps strengthen our ability to support Customers during unexpected events.

12 Changes to This Policy

Big Bull Technologies may update this Business Continuity Policy periodically.

Material changes will become effective on the published Effective Date after reasonable notice has been provided through the Services, our website, email, or another appropriate communication method.
