01 Purpose
Big Bull Technologies, LLC (“Big Bull Technologies,” “BBT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) continuously monitors the Before the Call (“B4C”) platform to help maintain security, reliability, and operational performance.
This Monitoring & Reliability Policy provides a high-level overview of how monitoring supports the delivery of our Services.

Monitoring supports platform reliability but does not eliminate the possibility of service interruptions.
