The Before the Call (“B4C”) mobile application may send push notifications to help Authorized Users stay informed about administrative activities within their organization.
This Push Notification Policy explains the types of notifications B4C may send, how notification preferences can be managed, and our commitment to respectful communication.
Our goal is to deliver timely, relevant administrative information — not unnecessary interruptions.

Notifications should provide value.
B4C is designed to send notifications that support administrative operations, improve communication, and help members stay informed. We do not believe in sending notifications solely to increase application usage or engagement.
Every notification should have a clear administrative purpose.

Depending on Department configuration, user preferences, and platform functionality, B4C may send notifications related to:

04 Emergency Notifications
Before the Call is an administrative platform.
B4C is not an emergency dispatch, paging, or incident notification system.
Push notifications should not be relied upon for:

05 Marketing Communications
Big Bull Technologies does not use push notifications for unsolicited advertising.

Our primary focus is administrative communication, not marketing.

Where appropriate, notifications may display limited information until the user securely opens the application.
