01 Purpose

The Before the Call (“B4C”) mobile application is designed with security measures intended to help protect Customer information stored on or accessed through supported devices.

This Device Security Policy explains how the application helps safeguard administrative information and outlines the shared responsibilities of Big Bull Technologies, LLC (“Big Bull Technologies,” “BBT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), Departments, and Authorized Users.

02 Shared Responsibility

Protecting Customer information is a shared responsibility.

Big Bull Technologies is responsible for

  • Developing and maintaining a secure application
  • Applying security updates
  • Protecting platform infrastructure
  • Supporting secure authentication
  • Maintaining administrative safeguards

Departments & Authorized Users are responsible for

  • Securing their devices
  • Protecting account credentials
  • Installing application updates

Where supported, the application may also allow users to enable device-level authentication methods such as:

  • Face ID

  • Fingerprint authentication
  • PIN or passcode
  • Other operating system security features

Biometric information is processed by the device’s operating system. Big Bull Technologies does not receive, collect, or store biometric templates.

To help protect Customer information, B4C may implement security measures such as:

  • Secure session management
  • Automatic session expiration after periods of inactivity

Where practical, locally stored information is protected using security features provided by the operating system and the application.

Users should avoid using unsecured or compromised devices to access Department information.

For the best security and performance, users should:

  • Keep operating systems current
