01 Purpose

Big Bull Technologies, LLC (“Big Bull Technologies,” “BBT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) continually improves Before the Call (“B4C”) to provide Customers with a secure, reliable, and modern administrative platform.

This Platform Lifecycle Policy explains how platform features are introduced, maintained, improved, deprecated, and, when necessary, retired.

Our goal is to provide Customers with predictable platform evolution while maintaining long-term stability.

02 Our Philosophy

Software should continually improve without unnecessarily disrupting Customers.

Big Bull Technologies is committed to evolving Before the Call through thoughtful planning, customer feedback, security improvements, and responsible lifecycle management.

Whenever reasonably practical, Customers will receive advance notice before significant platform changes that may affect existing workflows.

03 Lifecycle Stages

Platform capabilities generally progress through the following lifecycle stages:

Planning

Features are evaluated, researched, and prioritized based on Customer needs, operational requirements, and platform strategy.

Development

Features are designed, developed, and tested before public release.

General Availability

Features are released for production use and supported as part of the platform.

Enhancement

Released features may receive:

  • Performance improvements
  • Security updates
  • Bug fixes
  • User experience enhancements
  • Expanded functionality

Deprecation

When a feature is expected to be retired, Customers will receive reasonable notice whenever practical. During this period, Customers may be encouraged to transition to newer functionality.

Retirement

Retired features are removed from active support and may no longer be available within the platform.

04 Feature Improvements

Big Bull Technologies continually evaluates opportunities to improve:

  • Administrative workflows
  • Performance
  • Accessibility
  • Security
  • Reliability
  • Mobile experience
  • Artificial Intelligence capabilities
  • Reporting
  • Integrations

Feature improvements may occur without changing the overall purpose of the platform.

05 Compatibility

Before the Call is designed to support modern browsers, operating systems, and mobile platforms.

Support for older technologies may be discontinued as they become obsolete or introduce security or operational risks.

Customers are encouraged to keep supported devices and software updated.

06 Deprecation Process

When practical, feature retirement may include:

  • Advance customer notification
  • Release notes
  • Documentation updates
  • Migration guidance
  • Alternative recommendations

Emergency removals may occur without advance notice when necessary to address security, legal, or operational concerns.

07 Customer Feedback

Customer feedback plays an important role in the evolution of Before the Call. Big Bull Technologies considers feedback from:

  • Department Administrators
  • Chiefs
  • Training Officers
  • Board Members
  • Members
  • Academy customers
  • Customer support interactions
  • Product advisory discussions

Feedback is one of several factors considered when prioritizing future improvements.

08 Artificial Intelligence

Administrative Intelligence features may continue to evolve as technology advances. New AI capabilities may be introduced, modified, or retired based on:

  • Customer value
  • Reliability
  • Accuracy
  • Security
  • Privacy
  • Operational considerations

AI features are intended to assist administrative workflows and should not replace human judgment.

09 Security Updates

Security-related improvements may be deployed independently of feature releases.

Critical security updates may be released without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect Customers or maintain platform integrity.

10 Continuous Improvement

Big Bull Technologies is committed to the long-term development of Before the Call. Ongoing improvements may include:

  • Platform modernization
  • Infrastructure enhancements
  • Mobile application improvements
  • Performance optimization
  • Reliability improvements
  • User experience enhancements
  • Accessibility improvements
  • Security advancements

Continuous improvement is a core principle of the platform.
