01 Purpose

Big Bull Technologies, LLC (“Big Bull Technologies,” “BBT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining appropriate disaster recovery practices to help protect the Before the Call (“B4C”) platform and Customer Data.

This Disaster Recovery Overview describes our high-level approach to restoring platform operations following significant operational disruptions.

This document intentionally provides an overview and does not disclose confidential security procedures or internal recovery processes.

02 Our Philosophy

Disaster recovery focuses on restoring critical systems following significant operational events.

Our objective is to recover platform functionality, protect Customer Data, and resume normal operations as efficiently and safely as reasonably possible.

Disaster recovery planning is part of our broader operational resilience and security program.

03 Scope

Disaster recovery planning supports restoration of critical platform components, including:

  • Application services
  • Customer authentication
  • Administrative functionality
  • Customer Data
  • Infrastructure components
  • Supporting operational systems

Recovery priorities may vary depending on the nature and severity of the event.

04 Events That May Trigger Disaster Recovery

Disaster recovery procedures may be initiated in response to significant events such as:

  • Cloud infrastructure failures
  • Regional service outages
  • Data corruption
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Hardware failures
  • Natural disasters
  • Utility disruptions
  • Critical software failures
  • Other events that materially affect platform availability

Not every service interruption requires formal disaster recovery procedures.

05 Recovery Priorities

During a disaster recovery event, Big Bull Technologies generally prioritizes:

  1. Protection of Customer Data.
  2. Restoration of authentication services.
  3. Restoration of core administrative functionality.
  4. Platform stability.
  5. Restoration of secondary services.
  6. Post-recovery verification and monitoring.

The order of restoration may vary depending on the specific incident.

06 Backups

Big Bull Technologies maintains backup and recovery practices intended to support restoration of platform operations. Backup strategies may include:

  • Database backups
  • Infrastructure configuration backups
  • Application deployment artifacts
  • System configuration information
  • Other operational data necessary to support recovery

Backup methods and schedules may change as platform architecture evolves. Specific operational details are not publicly disclosed for security reasons.

07 Data Integrity

Restoring services is only one part of disaster recovery.

Following recovery efforts, Big Bull Technologies may perform reasonable validation procedures intended to verify:

  • Data integrity
  • Application functionality
  • Authentication services
  • Administrative workflows
  • Platform stability

Additional monitoring may continue after restoration to identify any remaining issues.

08 Customer Communication

When a disaster recovery event materially affects Customers, Big Bull Technologies will make reasonable efforts to provide updates through appropriate communication channels, which may include:

  • Platform notifications
  • Email
  • Website announcements
  • Status pages (when available)
  • Other appropriate communication methods

The frequency and timing of updates will depend on the nature of the event.

09 Continuous Improvement

Following significant operational events, Big Bull Technologies reviews recovery activities to identify opportunities for improvement. These reviews may include:

  • Root cause analysis
  • Operational lessons learned
  • Infrastructure improvements
  • Process updates
  • Documentation revisions
  • Additional monitoring
  • Recovery procedure enhancements

Continuous improvement is an essential component of our disaster recovery program.

10 Shared Responsibility

Disaster recovery is a shared responsibility.

While Big Bull Technologies is responsible for maintaining platform recovery capabilities, Customers are encouraged to:

  • Export important administrative records when appropriate
  • Maintain current Department Administrator information
  • Establish organizational continuity procedures
  • Maintain local copies of mission-critical documents when required by organizational policy

Departments should maintain independent contingency plans for operational activities that extend beyond the Before the Call platform.

11 Relationship to Business Continuity

Disaster Recovery is one component of our broader Business Continuity program.

While Business Continuity focuses on maintaining organizational operations during disruptions, Disaster Recovery focuses specifically on restoring technology systems and Customer services.
