01 Purpose
This Account & Data Deletion Policy explains how Authorized User accounts are removed from Before the Call (“B4C”) and how associated Customer Data is handled following an account deletion request.
02 Department-Managed Accounts
Before the Call is designed for organizations.
Individual users do not independently create B4C accounts.
Authorized User accounts are created, managed, and removed by the subscribing Customer organization through Department Administrators or other authorized administrative personnel.
03 Requesting Account Deletion
If an Authorized User wishes to have their account removed, they should contact their Department Administrator.
Department Administrators may remove Authorized Users using the administrative tools provided within Before the Call.
If additional assistance is required, the Department Administrator may contact Big Bull Technologies through our published support channels.
04 What Happens When an Account Is Removed
When an Authorized User account is removed:
- The user will no longer be able to access the platform.
- Active authentication sessions may be revoked.
- Access permissions are removed.
- The account is disabled or deleted in accordance with Customer instructions and platform capabilities.
Department Administrators remain responsible for managing organizational membership.
05 Customer Data
Customer organizations retain ownership of Customer Data.
Removal of an individual user account does not necessarily delete organizational records associated with:
- Training history
- Meeting attendance
- Administrative records
- Audit logs
- Department documents
- Other official organizational records
These records may be retained to preserve the integrity of Department operations and historical reporting.
06 Data Retention
Certain information may continue to be retained following account deletion where reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Maintain audit integrity
- Resolve disputes
- Protect platform security
- Complete backup and disaster recovery processes
- Fulfill contractual obligations
Additional information is available in the DAT-002 — Data Retention Policy.
07 Customer Responsibilities
Departments are responsible for:
- Removing former members promptly
- Managing account access
- Reviewing retained organizational records
- Complying with applicable records retention requirements
